Turning an AI concept into Visa’s first global agent marketplace
I shaped the product model, MVP, and research-backed changes that helped employees discover, use, and create agents within a two-month launch window.
I believe in making the most of our time, bringing good people and bold
ideas together to create something worthwhile. Come see for yourself.
I’m a product designer and strategist turning ambitious ideas into tangible
products teams can build and leaders can confidently invest in.

I shaped the product model, MVP, and research-backed changes that helped employees discover, use, and create agents within a two-month launch window.
I led the experience from an open brief to a tested MVP that helped customers track recurring expenses, manage payments, and take action with more confidence.
I identified the confusion across Kohl’s loyalty programs and turned a broad engagement brief into a future-state direction for clearer rewards, onboarding, and personalized engagement.
/01 Find the direction
I look at the problem, the evidence behind it, the outcome we need, and where the greatest opportunity lies. Then I turn that complexity into a clear plan for what matters most and what should happen next.
/02 Shape the product
I design for the need in front of us without trapping the product there. I consider how behaviors, expectations, and the market are changing so the product can grow while staying useful to the people it serves.
/03 Move decisions forward
I turn research, iteration, and design decisions into work that makes the opportunity tangible. A resolved product experience and clear rationale help leaders see the value, understand the impact, and make confident investment decisions.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve designed products, services, and strategies across financial services, healthcare, entertainment, and more recently enterprise AI.
Today, I work across payments at Visa, bringing product design, research, and strategy together to shape complex product challenges. Before that, I helped define future mobile banking experiences at Citi. My agency years built the foundation for how I still work today: adapt quickly, learn fast, and stay curious in unfamiliar problem spaces.
What comes next is about helping define a new generation of AI-native products that remain deeply human-led. I want to bring together what I’ve learned about people, products, creativity, and rigor to build technology that expands opportunity, improves everyday life, and makes the benefits of AI useful to more people.
